Day 1: Cusco / Cancha Cancha
- We will leave Cusco early in the morning by bus to Huaran in Sacred Valley.
- 3 hour hiking along a Little valley on a portion of the original Inca trail
- Lunch along the descending river
- Hiking towards the little village of Cancha Cancha, where people still practise the real traditions of Incas.

Day 2: Cancha Cancha / Quiswarani
- Early breakfast
- Hiking towards the village of Accopata. Visit to this village which is part of the Andean community of Cancha Cancha where people still live in original ancient construction, made of stone and ichu (straw).
- We will begin a steep ascent towards Pachacutec pass (4,697 m /15,406 ft), surrounded by views of the beautiful lakes of Azulcocha and Suerococha. We will then follow a trail that slowly descends, with an amazing view of the mountains of Colque Cruz, Pitusiray, Sawasiray, Sirihuani y Chicon. Traverse Collaycocha Lake (4,200m. / 16,000ft.), reaching a waterfall approaching the Community of Quiswarani (3,902m / 12,798ft.), where we camp enjoying traditional
- We will traverse Collaycocha Lake (4,200 m. / 16,000 ft.), (4200 m / 16000 pies)
- Lunch in Collaycocha by the lake surrounded by Andean birds, fish and amazing views.
- Walk after lunch reaching a waterfall approaching the Community of Quiswarani (3902 m / 12798 pies)
- Campsite in Quiswarani

Day 3: Quiswarani / Cuncani / Aguas Calientes
- Early breakfast, we will start hiking over the highest point (Huillcak’asa (4.457 m / 14.618 pies), we reach the community of Cuncani walking along a lagoon.
- We will see the Chicon and Colque Cruz glaciers and “the 7 lakes” full of huallatas (Andean geese), ducks and other water fowl.
- We will carry walking until we reach the community of Cuncani (3,886 m/12,746 ft.), a picturesque village, similar to the previous
- Picnic lunch in Cuncani
- Hiking until we arrive at the Lares hot springs
- Bus to Ollantaytambo.
- 2 hour train towards Aguas Calientes
- Dinner and accommodation in hotel

Day 4: Machu Picchu (2400 msnm) – Cusco
- Early breakfast to leave early ad see the sunrise from Machu Picchu
- Early in the morning we walk to Machupicchu for around 1 hour. In option can you take the bus for a 30 minutes.
- Guided tour of Machu Picchu showing the principal places: Inca House, The Temple of the Sun, The Temple of the Three Windows, el Intihuatana, la plaza principal, etc. We can climb up Huayna Picchu Mountain and have free time to visit Machupicchu.
- Train in the afternoon to Ollantaytambo, where a member of the agency staff will guide you on the return bud to Cusco and to your hotel.
